AleBudget (“the App”) is owned and operated by PocketWave Software LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our App is designed to help you manage your personal finances with clarity and confidence. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you choose to store within the App.
To create and maintain your account, we receive basic information that you choose to provide, such as:
An email address for account management.
Credentials necessary to access your account.
Your preferences and settings inside the App (Multi-profile, Language, and Theme).
Your financial information — including budgets, categories, debts, and goals — is stored securely to allow the App to function as intended across all your devices.
To ensure the App works properly across devices, we process limited technical information such as:
Device type and operating system version.
App performance data and general diagnostic information via Google Firebase. No sensitive personal financial amounts are sent for analytics.
As a multi-profile and multi-device application, AleBudget allows you to organize different financial contexts in isolation. Your data is synced securely, ensuring that your financial settings, currency symbols, and profile data remain consistent across devices.
Your data is kept on secure servers using industry-standard protections:
All connections are encrypted (SSL/TLS).
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Access is strictly limited to authorized systems designed to keep your information safe.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
To support essential features such as secure login, cloud backup, and performance monitoring, we work with trusted service providers like Google Firebase (Firestore and Auth). These partners process data only as needed to operate the App and are contractually required to maintain strong privacy protections.
You have full control over your data. At any time, you may:
Access & Update: Modify the information stored within the app.
Clear Data: Delete all data from a specific profile via the settings menu.
Account Deletion: Request total account and record deletion from Firebase. Data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Export: Request your data for your own records.
AleBudget is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will always display the most recent version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
