Welcome to AleBudget. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AleBudget mobile application (“the App”) and any related services provided by PocketWave Software LLC. By accessing or using AleBudget, you agree to be bound by these terms.
AleBudget is a personal finance management tool designed to help users track budgets, debts, and savings. The App provides multi-profile, multi-language, and multi-theme support to customize your experience.
The content and tools provided within AleBudget are for informational and organizational purposes only. AleBudget does not provide professional financial, investment, or legal advice. PocketWave Software LLC is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the information provided by the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating a profile.
As a multi-profile app, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your master account and its associated profiles.
AleBudget offers “Pro” features via subscription.
All payments are processed through official stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.
The App supports multiple currencies for display purposes. Please note that changing the currency symbol only updates the visual representation; the App does not perform real-time currency conversion or change numerical values automatically.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including logos, code, and design) are the exclusive property of PocketWave Software LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketWave Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PocketWave Software LLC is registered.
